Yoga for Beginner

Everyone is welcome for this class to improve our health holistically.

This class will be carried out in flow. Flow is a sequence of poses customized to cater for different needs, modified from Sun Salutation. The main aim is to generate better blood circulation, increase muscle strength and improve on the overall health.

It will start with Pranayama (breathing), move on to stretching, the actual flow sequence, and end off with Shavasana (complete relaxation).
it’s suitable for all ages & size ! Elderly yoga is also available for our senior too !
