Close your eyes and imagine you are looking above the clear blue sky, there is not any cloud but just blue.
Now think back in time when you feel happy or relaxed.
Then the cloud comes, at first it was just white fluffy cloud.
How do you feel about it ? it is still a pleasant sensation ?
Now the cloud becomes heavier and darken.
Is there a change in your emotion ?
Color of cloud reflect the feeling or mood at the particular time.
When we meditate, there will be time we feel uncomfortable because of the dark cloud and at times, we are still feeling pretty fine ?
As we are experiencing different emotions, it is perfectly fine, it is only our thoughts. And the sky is always blue.
