The second chakra, swadhistana, has the power of creativity, and characterised by water element.

Being water element, it is fluid, able to adapt, and respond to changes well according to the universe needs. It is resided between the navel and top of the pelvic bone; where fertility organs and glands , kidney, bladder are located at.

It’s fluid nature allows energy to move to other chakras, empower the sixth chakra to boost on our intuition .

The energy in the second chakra is carried mainly by the yang channel (Pingala nadi) and entered through the yin (ida energy) channel. Hence, it is always important to keep it balanced, through breathing techniques like alternate nostril breathing. Yang is related to the right nostril while yin is in relates to the left nostril .
