Here are some of the do and dont when we are practicing yoga. Hope the little tips will help!

Do start with breathing each time, if we don’t have sufficient time to practice, maybe we can do breathing exercise (pranayama) instead.

Do be aware of our body condition. It is okay that we are not as flexible as others, our body has limitation. Listen to it, and respect it.

Don’t compare with others, all of us are different.

There are days that we can stretch a little more, there are times that we don’t feel too good while in the pose. Don’t force ourselves into it, just do whatever we can at the particular moment.

Starting a new habit is not too easy, do schedule and commit time for regular practice, and feel ourselves a small reward thereafter, it will kick start the process easier.

Do regulate our breath.
